We've recently upgraded the software that powers the MG Forums. Please let us know if you experience any problems with the site!

MultiplayerGamers.com is an eclectic gaming site home to a tight knit group of friends and outsiders alike. All are welcome to come to the forums and discuss their favorite games and look for like minded individuals to play with. Everyone on the team is friendly and laid back with little need for drama.

Recently we've been looking for more people to join in our most popular event, Arma 3 Zeus Missions, run by the site owner, Funar. At our peak we've seen a total of maybe 5-6 players interacting with our all-powerful (and sometimes evil) Zeus in order to complete an on-going series of story-driven missions which are planned out on a weekly basis and are catalogued on our Youtube channel. (including the Zeus-eye view to help budding missions makers see just how it all works)

We are accepting pretty much anyone who would like to be part of a Zeus scenario with an emphasis on teamwork, tactics based in realism, and crazy story lines involving secret weapons and sometimes... raptors.

We use a wide variety of popular mods on the server as well (ACE3, RHS, Blastcore, HLC and many many maps). Our custom repo is large right now (approx 15GB) but if you have the space its quite worth it.

Our regular session time during the week is Thursday nights at 8:30 EST. If this time slot is bad for you but you're still interested, let us know, the group is small right now and we might be flexible.

If you're interested you can PM @Kaiga12 or email [email protected].

Thanks for reading!

EDIT: I should clarify that this is not a quintessential "unit" or "clan" just a group of guys who are looking to find some more friends to enjoy A3 with.

This morning, a collective "Noooooooooo!" was shouted by PC players anxiously awaiting the PC release of Grand Theft Auto V when it was announced the new release date would be pushed again to April 14, 2015 - bringing the grand total of delays to 4 rescheduled dates.

To accompany the announcement, GTA V Heists, a feature PC and console gamers have been waiting for since the game was originally released over a year ago on September 17th 2013 is scheduled to release to consoles on March 10th.

Here's the official announcement:

GTAV for PC will be arriving on April 14th at retail and as a digital download. Our apologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days until the launch of the game, but a bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible, and to make certain that both Heists and the GTA Online experience are ready to roll out on day one for PC. As a gesture of thanks for your understanding, we will grant anyone who has pre-ordered the game an additional $200,000 in-game cash for use in GTA Online.

As always, we ask for the GTA PC community’s understanding and assistance in helping to report any concerns during the early days of launch when those inevitable initial teething issues arise on the new platform. If you do experience issues please visit Rockstar Games Support and send feedback to [email protected] – we’ll be closely monitoring the situation and addressing any hitches as quickly as we can.

The PC version of Grand Theft Auto V is our most graphically and technically advanced version yet, fully optimized to support a broad range of current hardware (system specifications) and features a host of PC-specific enhancements including greater levels of detail, deep configuration options and ultra-high-definition support – as well as the powerful new Rockstar Editor for recording, staging and editing original custom videos.

We thank GTA players worldwide for their patience...

Unfortunately, there won't be any new Arma 3 Zeus videos published until Monday, February 23rd. We received some confirmed reports of audio sync issues in the last couple Episode 5 parts. As such, we're correcting the problem with the remaining parts of the video and scheduling their release beginning on the 23rd.

In other news - Arma 3 Zeus Episode 6 will immediately follow the conclusion of Episode 5. It's been a challenge to keep up the daily pace, but we're hoping to continue the trend of having a new video each day.
Hello Gamers,

Today I am going to talk little about Starcraft and the new game, Legacy of the Void. If you are a Starcraft fan, you have been waiting on this release for some time now. The Terran and the Zerg factions have gotten a lot of love from Blizzard, but now its time for the Protoss to get the same love. If you have not seen the trailer here is the link to it.

In the past the Protoss have lost almost each and every time, They may win the battles but they keep losing the wars. Well, I hope now is the time that the Protoss finally get the chance to drop the hammer and finally say they have had enough, this far and no further. Amon may have whispered of this from the stars, but he is about to face the full force of the Protoss, and from the ending of Heart of the Swarm, the entire Zerg swarm. I don't know about anyone else, but when you piss off the Protoss and the Zerg, and they are both fighting you ..... you are doing something very wrong. And don't count out the Terran forces either, you can bet that Jim Raynor is going to come to the aid of Kerrigan. Even though so much has changed, he still loves that woman, and will continue to move heaven and earth for her.

Some of the things that really excite me about this new addition to the story, is the story its self. I cannot wait to see how Kerrigan, Artanis, and Jim Raynor are going interact with each other. How the upgrades to the protoss faction are going to enhance the race and the story. So many questions, and not enough answers. Like how the Arkships are involved, and what that looks like, and that kind of enemy are we going to be facing? That particular part has been pretty hush hush. But very exciting.

Well that is my little bit on the new Starcraft game.

One of our favorite developers, Bohemia Interactive, posted their 2014 Year in Review video today. You can watch it here:

As one of the most exciting years for our studio comes to a close, we've deployed a special dev blog in which various members of the Arma 3, Take On Mars, and DayZ development teams recap the past year, take a brief look at the near future, and thank everyone for their incredible support.

Rumor has it, the Steam Winter Sale will begin tomorrow, December 18, 2014. What titles are YOU looking to grab?

Update: Confirmed. The sale will begin at 1:00pm US/Eastern time.
I just wanted to put up a quick note since there haven't been any new videos as of late. Episode 5 of our Arma 3 Zeus mission series is finally coming! This one is going to be a fierce one. I have about 6 hours of footage to sift through and edit, and the mission hasn't been 100% completed yet! Out of courtesy to prevent spoilers, I won't be releasing the videos to YouTube until the team completes the mission. Rest assured, it's coming!

Here's a sneak-peek:

GOG.com is inviting the public to beta their upcoming GOG Galaxy content delivery system. As a "Thank You" they are offering a free copy of DRM-free Aliens vs. Predator (2000). For details, visit http://www.gog.com/galaxy/

This is amazingly exciting, if GOG can pull it off. Think Steam, but DRM-free...

What do you think?
