MG LAN Party 7/27/2002!
Even tho Jagged is wimping out on us this time around, MG is having another ass-whompin' LAN party on Saturday, July 27, 2002!
Personally, I need to blow off some steam this time around, so let's make this one a good one!

MG's New Home
We're hosted on a brand-spakin' new server. AnotherNet is colocating with rackshack.net. The speed of the site should improve vastly with this new change.
New Poll: Who Would You Frag First?
There's a new poll on the site. Who would you frag first? All the regular MG'ers lined up in a row; You have your SR-8 loaded and zoomed in; Whose head do you pop like a melon first? Post your comments in the poll.
MG Features Re-Enabled!
I'm proud to announce, Urban Terror Stats [link removed] and MG Financial Reports [link removed] have returned to the site. Unfortunately, it looks like the LAN Party signup module is going to take a while. I e-mailed the author and await a response.
6/28 Update: I ended up rewriting the bad sections of code in the LAN Party module. It's back online and ready for the 7/27 LAN party.
Argh! Forums....again
Well, it looks like PostBoard wasn't worth the trouble it took me to get it online. There's been a security notice sent out concerning the integrity of the code in PostBoard. Since there's no fix, we've been forced to uninstall the module for now. We're looking at two other forum modules to replace PostBoard. We hope to have the forums back online ASAP!
Update: We're now running XForums from Trollix Software which was my original choice way back when, but the code was a bit unstable back then.
Cha Cha Cha Changes!
Some regular MG'ers may notice a few changes here at there to the MultiplayerGamers.com web site. We're in the process of upgrading all out site modules to PostNuke v0.714. This task seemed a lot smaller when we started the upgrade, so it's taking a bit longer than expected. Features such as the LAN Party signup, MG Financials, Q3 Server stats, and Q3 server status will return very soon!
On the brighter side of things, we're now running PostBoard as our forum system. I hope everyone likes it. It has some features phpBB was severely lacking.
MG LAN Party 6/29/2002!
It's that time again. Man, these weeks are going by way too fast for my liking. June 29th is another action-packed, watch-mojo-become-fragbait event! Standard door fees apply.
